The Hydroair HA440 Magnaflow pump is a very popular pump fitted to many types of spas and Hot Tubs over the years, the pump has had a few changes over the years the main one being the introduction of the version 2 Wet End

Help & Advice

Suitable as a replacement pump for some models of 'Spa Form' Hot tubs.
If the pump you are looking to replace says 'Genesis','GC150-2XJ-B', 'Marlow', 'ITT ', '95-44092-SF' or 'Hydroair' on it anywhere then it is likely that this pump or one of our other items may be suitable.

Model Number 20-44092V2 .
Please note V2 stands for Version 2, these pumps now have a new (Black) wet end. If your old pump has model number 44092 then you have a version 1 (with a Black wet end).
Note: some early version 2 pumps had a Grey Wet End

The new V2 pumps will fit as a direct replacement for the version 1, however the new pump does not have a groove on the top discharge port of the Wet End for the O ring to sit in. We can overcome this by supplying you with a special gasket, this means the pump will be suitable as a direct swap and you should not have to alter your existing pipework.

GC150-2XJ-B - Although this is the correct replacement pump it is not a direct swap and plumbing alteration would be needed
The GC150-2XJ-B is a discontinued pump and no longer available, however we do offer a pump exchange program please see our GC150 listing page

GC150 exchange program, Only the Blue Wet-End is discontinued as long as your existing wet end is useable condition we can fit a new motor, new seals and fully test and return, this means no plumbing / pipework alterations are needed.

If your unable to use your old pump and have to fit a new Magnaflow 440 pump the we are well placed to assist, please send us some photos of your old pump and pipework connections and we will advise on what parts are needed and how to go about the replacement, we even have a union adaptor which means only one union has to be changed!
