Eligibility and Qualifying Spend
- This offer is exclusively for Trade customers.
- Qualifying net spend includes the total value of orders placed between 15th November and 15th December 2025, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and returns.
- Any returned or cancelled items during this period will be deducted from the qualifying spend.
- Special order and non-stock items are non-cancellable and do not contribute to the qualifying spend.
- All orders must be received and paid in full by midnight on 15th December 2025 to qualify.
Opt-In Requirement
- Participation requires active opt-in by completing an opt-in form sent via email.
- Customers have up to 30 days within the qualifying period to meet the spend target and claim their gift.
- By opting in, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
- All purchases must be fully paid before any gift is dispatched.
- Credit account holders must have cleared their balance prior to receiving the gift.
- Customers exceeding credit limits may be required to pay proforma invoices to qualify.
Gift Details and Limitations
- Each account may claim only one gift corresponding to their qualifying spend.
- Gifts are subject to availability; substitutes or Amazon vouchers may be offered if stock runs out, based on Hydrospares’ purchase price.
- Gifts will be shipped to the main account holder’s registered UK address (mainland only), with no onsite delivery available.
- Delivery times for gifts are not guaranteed but Hydrospares will strive for timely delivery.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for remote or offshore locations unless shipped with regular stock orders.
Exclusions and General Conditions
- Products already discounted through other Hydrospares promotions are excluded.
- Made-to-order or bespoke products do not qualify.
- Returns or refunds on qualifying purchases are not allowed once the gift has been issued, except for faulty goods.
