Customer Reviews

Excellent product. Worked well to repair a chip I had managed to inflict on a brand new cooker. You will find comment on line about colour matching and only Alpine White being available; this is not quite true. Search for Cramer UK and you can see complete range and they can tell you where to source. I have found both Cramer UK and their recommended suplier - lifeand home - excellent to deal with.

Thank you very much for your review Paul

Response from: Chris

Excellent service the two scratches on my new bath were very thin and the brush was a bit thick for the job so hard to rate really because the surplus was hard to get off and I haven’t really made a good job but the service was excellent

The touch-up stick arrived promptly, thanks. It's like a bottle of Snowpake / Tippex with the same issues; difficult to get in precisely the right place without applying too much. Excess can be simply wiped off quickly with a tissue but that takes away nearly all of it, so you do need to go over again and again with multiple coats over some days. It looks very bright white when wet, but dries darker, so don't be worried when you see the first dab. Still doing the repairs so it's early days yet but it looks good so far.
